Trying to find a meditation program can sometimes be like finding a needle in the haystack! The good news is that I have narrowed down those needles to two of my best meditation programs. In fact, I actually use both and rotate between the two. Here are my two TOP suggested meditation programs:


Best Meditation Programs - Zen12

Through this meditation program, you can literally receive the benefits of 1 hour of meditation in only 12 mins (higher levels reach about 15-16 mins). This is done through a unique technology called “brainwave entrainment” which induces a super deep state of relaxation during the meditation process. This is especially great for beginners, but anyone at any level can utilize this program.

It comes in 4 flavors:

  • Guided Meditation
  • Relaxing Music
  • Nature Sounds
  • White Noise

So you can choose the one that works best for you. I personally love the guided meditation (really nice & relaxing British accent) and the relaxing music. Two of my favorites.

This meditation program is by Esther & Jerry Hicks* (through Abraham) and based off the natural Law of Attraction and The Vortex (a book written by Esther & Jerry Hicks*). This Vortex is a vibrational holding place of all your dreams and desires. Through this meditation, you will release any resistance and align with your true desires so that they can flow to you naturally.

It comes with four 15 min meditations:

  • Financial Well-Being
  • General Well-Being
  • Physical Well-Being
  • Relationships

Just close your eyes, breathe and listen to the soft voice of Esther (through Abraham) speak spiritual words of truth, wisdom and encouragement.

Also, if you are into learning more about this “Vortex”, I would recommend reading the book AND doing the meditations together. Talk about harmonic balance.

  1. I love how there are links to try things for free and get even more information, and I liked hearing about how you alternate between the two meditation programs. I find myself wanting to know more about brainwave entrainment and how it works as well.

  4. Another informative article. Thanks so much. I enjoy your website a great deal.
    Meditation is so beneficial but some days are so busy with all the things we must do and I don’t have enough time. I usually start my day with a 10-15 min meditation but would like to do more when time permits.
    I have downloaded the Zen 12 free meditation. I’m pretty excited to try that this week.

  5. Great information on meditation. I am a big proponent of meditation as I know it benefits the physical body, the mind, the spirit, and the emotions. It should play a large part in everyone’s attempt to achieve balance, or dynamic equilibrium, so that we can be our best selves, and accomplish what we are meant to do. Take care, Tom

  6. Life challenges respect no one. However, instead of brooding and worrying over challenges, medication can help one to overcome and have a clearer solution to these challenges. I’m learning of Zen12 and getting into the Vortex medication program for the first time. Going through your descriptions of these programs, I have no doubt of their effectiveness in bringing relief from stress, anxiety, and everyday challenges.

  7. Honestly meditating feels more like a talent than anything. A whioe back when I tried I felt as though I wasted an hour just sitting around not doing anything. It didn’t feel very enlightening.                                                  B

    • Meditation can be for anyone and you can meditate any length of time. I find it easier to meditate with a meditation program and music, rather than just sitting there in silence. For some, that works, but for me, the meditation with music really helps. 🙂

I’ve been searching a website about meditation for a while, and this one is my favorite, good and clear informations, easy to understand especially for the beginner like me, and the links are really helpful, now I think I’m gonna try relaxed music for my meditation, hopefully everything will go well.

I overheard two ladies talking on the elevator the other day.  Incidentally, one of them just happened to mention the word “vortex,” (previously I had only heard the word in connection with the polar vortex), so it was interesting to read this post about Vortex and Zen12.  I learned something new today, and now I know what the ladies were talking about!  Thanks!
